Epoxy Engineer (Job Ref. No. Apply-DG-2103-EE)

Job Responsibilities:

• • Be able to deal with the abnormal problems caused by glue independently
  • Have a good cost awareness, be able to evaluate glue, control and calculate glue cost
  • Responsible for handling abnormal and unqualified products in production and formulating corrective and preventive measures to solve problems in production in time
  • Do a good job in the analysis, summary and statistics of relevant technical data, and complete other matters assigned by other superiors

Requirements:

• • Bachelor’s degree or above, major in polymer, applied chemistry, etc
  • Experienced in polymer application: Epoxy, resins, adhesives, films, composites, thermosets
  • Be able to deal with the abnormal problems caused by glue independently
  • Have a good cost awareness, be able to evaluate glue, control and calculate glue cost
  • Good communication skills, logical thinking ability, systematic thinking ability
  • Rigorous work, confidentiality awareness, good execution, learning ability, good pressure resistance, good project management ability; Optimistic and resilient
  • Research and develop glue suitable for our company’s products, confirm equipment used in glue development and assist in purchasing
  • Be familiar with the performance parameters of all the glue in the company, discuss with the glue supplier about the glue performance, and select the glue whose performance meets the company’s internal production requirements
