Responsibilities:
- Successful candidate will join Hong Kong-based product development team and participate in the development of high-speed fiber-optic transceiver and optical sensing products.
- Conduct signal integrity and power integrity simulation and optimization
- Participate in circuit schematic design and PCB layout
- Design validation test and failure analysis
- Perform evaluation test for new devices and components
Requirement:
- Master / bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Applied Physics or related disciplines
- Solid hardware development experience in electronic schematic design and PCB layout of products including analogy/mixed signal, power management, and MCU control circuits
- Hands-on experience in perform circuit / power integrity / signal integrity simulation and measurements with network analyser
- Good knowledge and design experience in various serial communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, MDIO, etc) is preferred
- Solid experience in hardware validation and failure analysis is required.
- Knowledge and skills in 2D / 3D CAD software is preferred
- Knowledge and skills in circuit, PI, SI simulation is preferred
- Understanding on the fundamental of optoelectronics is an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English and willing to work in multicultural team
- Ability to work independently and work under pressure
