400G OSFP SR8

The 7116-E18-xx is a 400G OSFP SR8 pluggable transceiver. Each channel operates with PAM4 modulation scheme at 26.5625G baud rate, and up to 100m using OM3 fiber. The electrical interface uses a 60-contact edge type connector, compliant with OSFP MSA.
