Responsibilities:
- Setup and monitor incoming process procedure
- Oversee the performance / reliability and failure analysis of electronic related work
- Manage all quality related work such as handling the external audit and any quality issues from clients
- Monitor production flow to comply with internal and external quality standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above Applied Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electronic Engineer, Opto-Electronics, or related field
- At least 2 years process quality engineering experience in electronics related industry
- Familiar with electronic product manufacturing process and inspection standards, be skilled in on-site experience in quality management
- Proficient in quality problem control, such as find the root cause, analysis with professional quality method, systematic and effective problem solving
- Familiar with ISO system (ISO9001) and experience in process quality management
- Familiar with the theory and practical application of quality statistics
- 8D improve report preparation methods and skills i.e 4M1E, 5Why, SPC, CPK, PRMEA, MSA, PPAP, GRR etc
- Good communication skills, proficient in Office, good ability to organize reports i.e date summary and analysis skill
- Experience in dealing with Chinese colleague and/or supervisor is a plus
