Job Responsibilities:
- Design and Analyze Complex Circuits:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Create detailed circuit schematics, considering power integrity, signal integrity, and noise immunity.
- Perform simulations using tools such as Keysight ADS, Ansys HFSS and SIWave to optimize circuit performance.
- Power Integrity Analysis:
- Investigate power distribution network (PDN) designs to ensure stable voltage levels and minimize noise.
- Analyze decoupling capacitor placement, impedance profiles, and ground plane structures.
- Mitigate power delivery network resonances and transient voltage drops.
- Collaborate with layout engineers to implement best practices for power integrity.
- RF Circuit Design and Simulation:
- Simulate RF performance using electromagnetic simulators.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Test and Measurement:
- Use network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and oscilloscopes to validate circuit performance.
- Conduct RF measurements, including S-parameters, noise figure, and harmonic distortion.
- Troubleshoot and debug circuits during prototype testing.
- Technical Leadership and Mentorship:
- Provide guidance to junior engineers and designers.
- Foster a collaborative environment, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Lead design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Industry Trends and Innovation:
- Stay informed about emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies.
- Attend conferences, workshops, and webinars related to circuit design and power integrity.
- Propose innovative solutions to enhance circuit performance and reliability.
- Customer Interaction:
- Occasionally travel to customer sites for project kick-offs, technical discussions, and design reviews.
- Understand customer requirements and tailor circuit designs accordingly.
Requirements:
- PhD or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in circuit design, with extensive expertise in power integrity analysis for IC and mixed-signal PCB design, candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Principal Engineer
- Experience in designing and simulating high-speed circuits, including RF circuits.
- Proficiency in RF and PI simulation software, such as Keysight ADS, Ansys HFSS and SIWave.
- Familiarity with RF test and measurement equipment, such as network analyzers and spectrum analyzers.
- Candidates with less experience will also be considered.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
