Responsibilities:
- Testing equipment setup/buyoff/monitor and troubleshooting. Continue to improve tester utilization/Performance and prime yield
- Test yield improvement, Cost reduction, Test time reduction
- Review product test specifications, system diagrams, BOM, and requirements prior to actual production.
- Design reviews of NPI products particularly in the testing process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above Applied Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electronic Engineer, Opto-Electronics or related field
- At least 2 years of test experience in the electronics-related industry. Working experience in manufacturing industry of optical transceivers will be an advantage
- Familiar with optical test parameters and equipment i.e DCA, BERT, Optical Switch, Optical Attenuator, OSA
- Familiar with FMEA, SPC, MSA (GR&R and correlation) procedures for tester control
- Familiar with the theory and practical application of transceiver test parameters
- Hand on experience in data processing, analysis and summary skills
- Able to work under pressure and have good team work spirit
- Good problem solving skill
- Experience in dealing with Chinese colleagues and/or supervisors in a plus
